职业院校作为培养高素质技术技能人才的主阵地,其学生的心理健康水平、思想道德素养与审美情操,直接关系到产业人才队伍建设成效与社会的和谐稳定。基于“健康中国”与“全环境立德树人”战略背景,创新性地将音乐疗法与德育、美育、心理治愈相融合,系统阐释了音乐疗法的理论基础及作用机制,厘清了音乐疗法与“德育、美育、心愈”融合的内在逻辑,构建了以音乐疗法为实践载体的金字塔理论模型,旨在构建全新的职业院校全环境立德树人机制。
Abstract:As the primary institutions for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents, vocational colleges play a critical role in talent development, with students' levels of psychological health, moral character, and aesthetic cultivation directly affecting the effectiveness of industrial talent development and social harmony and stability. Against the strategic background of the "healthy China" and the "all-environment moral education", this study innovatively integrates music therapy with moral education, aesthetic education, and psychological healing. It systematically elaborates on the theoretical foundations and functional mechanisms of music therapy, clarifies the internal logic underlying the integration of music therapy with "moral education, aesthetic education, and psychological education" and constructs a pyramid theoretical model using music therapy as the practical carrier. The study aims to establish an all-environment moral education mechanism for vocational colleges.
