宿舍人际关系对大学生来说是一种最直接最重要的人际关系,但宿舍人际关系紧张却是一个不容忽视的事实。导致大学生宿舍人际关系紧张的最主要原因是相对独立的大学生个体间存在着形形色色的差异,而大学生们又缺乏对这种差异及冲突的处理能力。要想改善人际关系、提高交往能力,大学生自身、学校、家长都应做出相应的努力。

Interpersonal relationship in dormitories is the most important relationship for the undergraduates . However, it is an unassailable fact that there are tense relationships in university dormitories. The primary reason is that there are all kinds of differences among the undergraduates and the undergraduates are short of the capacity to treat the differences and conflicts. In order to improve interpersonal relationships and intercourse abilities, undergraduates,universities,householders all should make their efforts.
