烟台职业学院学报

蔬菜水果是关系人类生活质量和健康的重要营养来源。由于果蔬具有鲜嫩易腐易衰老的生物特性,是流通难度和风险很大的鲜活商品。目前我国果蔬采后商品化处理技术还比较落后,商品化处理率低。为改变我国果蔬物流的落后状况,全面分析我国果蔬物流的发展现状,研究国外有关的先进经验,制定果蔬冷链物流发展的规划布局,明确发展的重点领域、重点项目和重要基础设施及技术装备,测算未来的投资需求,并提出相关配套政策措施的建议,对我国果蔬冷链物流发展具有战略意义。

Vegetables and Fruits are important nutrition sources influencing people’s living quality and health.However,the vegetables and fruits are easy to rot as they are fresh and tender;as they are fresh goods diff icult to transport and with risks.The technique to commercialize the fresh goods picked from trees lags behind,and the rate of commercialization rate is very low.In order to change the backward situation in circulation,it is strategically meaningful to fully analyze the development situation of vegetables and fruits in our country,to study relevant advanced experience from west countries,to make layout for vegetable and fruit cold-line logistics development,to make the emphasized development area,main project,important infrastructure and technology equipment clear,predict the invest demand in the future,and to propose relative policy and measure.
